The Havering Chamber exists to support enterprises in the borough of Havering to help them grow and become more successful.
The most obvious benefit is the regular networking events we run allowing members to meet new people and learn new things that will help in their business. Through these events you can build your business profile, find new customers, discover ways to improve how you do business, learn about local events, collaborate and even make new friends.
The Havering Chamber Active Member scheme
That’s why we are trialling a new scheme we call Active Member to encourage ALL our members to make the most of the opportunities being a Chamber member provides. It’s a loyalty scheme where the more you use the various Chamber benefits then you will be rewarded with a free adverting campaign for your business.
The Havering Daily
We have teamed up with Chamber member The Havering Daily to offer banner advertising on their website which currently reaches a daily audience of over 10,000 and is growing fast. Your advertising will reach right to the heart of your local market and be seen again and again as Havering residents (and beyond) check the daily news. 30 Advertising Packages on Offer
We have a total of 30 advertising packages to give away, each advertising campaign is worth £400 – and that also includes the production of your advertising – now that’s better than a free coffee!
How it works
Until the end of 2025 members can earn points for engaging with Chamber activities. Score 12 points and your business could earn a free advertising package. You can score points in the following ways:
Attend a monthly networking meeting |

If one of your visitors joins the Chamber |

Sponsor a Chamber event |

Sponsor the Business Showcase or

We have issued a loyalty card which you can use to monitor your points. You should keep it handy for every event you attend and ask the Chamber office to stamp it to verify your points. Where points are accumulated by not attending an event, such as your visitor joining or you complete your profile, you won’t miss out simply ask the office to verify and stamp your card.
Once you believe you have accumulated 12 points notify the Chamber office who will verify your points and let you know if you have qualified for one of the 30 free advertising campaigns on offer.
Every member should have received their loyalty card at the address registered with the Chamber together with a letter explaining the Active Member scheme. If you did not receive your card please contact the Chamber office on enquiries@haveringchamber.co.uk or call on 07917 821 137.
Terms & Conditions

The Active Member scheme will run until 31 December 2025 but the Chamber reserves the right to end the scheme at any time.

Advertising campaign rewards (Ad Reward) are limited to a maximum of 30 and will be awarded on a first past the post basis.

Only 1 Ad Reward per Chamber member.

Only the registered Chamber member will qualify for and should claim the Ad Reward.

It is the responsibility of the member to claim their Ad Reward which the Chamber office will then verify based upon their records.

If a member does not renew their membership during the promotional period they cannot claim their Ad Reward regardless of how many points they have accumulated.

Points for a visitor joining will be applied only when the visitor becomes a fully paid Chamber member.

Only 1 point can be scored for a testimonial during the scheme.

When more than one person from a member organisation attends an event only 1 point will be scored.

The Chamber reserves the right to change the promotion, the Ad Reward and the terms & conditions.
